How do the first 2 months on us work?
You pay your first 2 months of Ontop Reserve as usual. We credit the full amount back to your Ontop Balance within 7 business days of each payment.
What happens after the 2 months?
Your Key Account Manager will schedule a follow-up meeting to review the results of your workers' Reserve usage and decide together whether to continue with an annual membership. The annual membership is USD 145 per year.
How is cashback eligibility determined?
By the transaction’s merchant category code (MCC). A purchase may not qualify even if it looks like it belongs to an eligible category, because eligibility depends on how the merchant is coded, not on the product itself.
Are there caps on cashback?
Yes. Cashback is capped at USD 200 per worker, per month, and is subject to category and total caps defined in the Ontop Reserve membership terms. Amounts above the cap are not accrued.
When do workers receive their cashback?
Immediately. Cashback from eligible purchases is credited to their Global Account the moment the transaction clears.
What Growth Pocket rates do workers get?
3.50%, 4.25% and 5.25% APY with Reserve, compared with standard rates of 3.00%, 4.00% and 5.00%. Rates are annual percentage yields and may change.
Do I need to change my payroll?
No. Ontop Reserve works with the exact payroll you already run on Ontop. Nothing changes on your side.
Can I choose which workers get Ontop Reserve?
Yes. The offer is available to your entire team, but you can decide who to include, for example by area or seniority. We recommend making it available to all so every worker starts 2027 with real benefits.
Who do I talk to if I have questions?
Your account manager. They will reach out right after you claim the offer and stay with you through setup, training and the review after your first 2 months.
